Where We Ship

Essentriel currently ships to all European Union member states, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. We are working closely with our partners to expand shipping to more countries soon.

Delivery Terms

  • Free standard shipping on all orders (Delivery time: 3–4 business days)

All shipments outside the EU (e.g., to the UK or Switzerland) are sent with a commercial invoice stating the value of the goods. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. Essentriel does not reimburse these fees.

Returns

Within the EU

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works:

  1. Request a return — Email us at info@essentriel.world with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and confirm if the return is authorized.
  2. Pack the items — Use the original box and packaging where possible.
  3. Ship the return — Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
  4. Receive your refund — Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

Outside the EU

We do not accept returns from non-EU countries. Please consider this before placing your order.
